The total time of getting your app from concept to either the App Store or Google Play

The process is outlined below.

Weeks 4-8

2. Testing
3. Launch
Potential Issues
We've seen it all.
App Store Rejection
Once we are ready to launch, do not be concerned if you receive an email that your app has been rejected from the app store. This is something that happens often but is an easy fix!
DUNS Issues
Unfortunately, sometimes the DUNS number process takes longer than 3-5 business days. This can happen for many reasons. If you go past this timeline please let your app success manager know so that they may provide you with contact information.
Any Big Changes
Any big changes to the app design could push back our launch timeline. Your App Success Manager will let you know if something may cause a delay in launch.
Going to Market
It’s never too early to think about how you’ll tell people about your app. We recommend that you put out teasers around the 3rd week of the app build process to get your clients excited about what is to come.
Once your app is launched your app success manager will provide you with QR codes for both the Apple and Google app stores. As well, our marketing director and graphic designer will send you social media mockups.
How can you market your app?
-
Put you QR codes on stickers that go on every bag
-
Put QR codes on drink coasters
-
Run special “in app promotions”
-
Post about your app on social media
-
Have your crew tell each and every customer about the app
