This notice covers how TouchPoint Studio, Inc. (“TPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) treats personal information that it collects and receives from its websites, products, applications tools and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you may provide to us:

For some Services, our user is the data controller and we are a data processor.  As a data processor, we do not have a direct relationship with the person whose personal information we collect and process at the direction of our user.  If you are a customer of one of these users and no longer want to be contacted by that user, please contact the user you interacted with directly.

We acknowledge that you have the right to change the personal information we collect and process as a data processor.  To correct, amend, or delete such personal information, individuals should direct their request to the user who is the data controller, and not to TPS directly. If the data controller requests that we remove personal information we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

2. How we use Cookies

TPS and our affiliates, partners, and service providers (such as marketing, analytics, and customer support partners) may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analyzing trends, site administration, tracking mobile application installations, understanding how users interface with our Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and in an aggregated basis.

Or we may combine information about you with other user and share the information in a way that does not link to a specific user.

We have the right to use or share information as necessary to keep to any law, regulation or legal request, to bring or defend legal claims, to protect the rights, interests, safety and security of our organization, our employees, or members of the public, or in connection with investigating fraud or other crime, or violations of our policies.

Information we process on behalf of our users will be retained for as long as needed to provide Services to our users.

 

4. Third-Party Features; Links to 3rd Party Sites

Our Services may include access to various third-party features such as social media. Your interactions with these third-party features may be governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the third-party features and you are responsible for viewing that company’s relevant privacy policy.

Our Services may also include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from ours. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any web site you visit.

We are committed to taking appropriate measures designed to keep your personal information secure.  Our technical, administrative and physical procedures are designed to protect personal information from accidental, unlawful or unauthorized loss, access, disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction.  While we make efforts to protect our information systems, no website, mobile application, computer system, or transmission of information over the internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is in effect as of the date noted at the top of the statement.  We may change this privacy policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here and change the “last updated date” (the date it applies from) at the top of the policy.  You should check here regularly for the most up-to-date version of the policy.
